I remember this time of year in Halifax. It would be foggy, and cold, and the foghorn would be going in the harbour.

Fog or smoke? I'm down in the US Midwest and even we had the smoke fog from all the CA forest fires.

No smoke just fog. The forest fires in NS (or at the very lease near Halifax) are out now... I think. The weather cleared up in the afternoon, and we saw the first glimpse of the sun all week.
