[–] OutlierBlue@lemmy.ca 14 points 22 hours ago

Yes and yes.

[–] vivendi@programming.dev 22 points 1 day ago

Yes, actually that's the case

[–] cj2127@lemm.ee 91 points 1 day ago (4 children)

Did they all vote for Harris? Because Trump has been taking about tarrifs for awhile.

[–] resipsaloquitur@lemm.ee 2 points 12 hours ago

If only there were some way to know Trump would impose tariffs in his second term.

[–] KingGordon@lemmy.world 25 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Did they even say thank you?

[–] GeeDubHayduke@lemmy.dbzer0.com 8 points 23 hours ago (1 children)

They don't have the cards.

[–] jaemo@sh.itjust.works 4 points 23 hours ago

No thank you cards depicting men wearing suits and then when you open the card the YMCA theme plays and you all do the Trump dance.

They don't have those. And that's exactly what they needed.

[–] samus12345@lemm.ee 4 points 23 hours ago

Bet they're not wearing suits.

[–] entwine413@lemm.ee 71 points 1 day ago (1 children)

They waited until it affected them before looking up what that means.

AFAIK it is called hypocrites. Together with opportunists it is a global mental illness - not only the US.

It's everywhere, but the US has made hypocricy and greed a virtue

Not to mention competitive stupidity...

only ~ 38 percent did. not only did montana go 'red' again, they also did their part to ensure republicant majorities in congress; the state legislature has been all republicant majorities for 16 years and they re-elected a maga governor.

[–] cj2127@lemm.ee 14 points 1 day ago

I figured as such. I just didn't want to assume without the data.

[–] sundray@lemmus.org 67 points 1 day ago (1 children)

So wait, is Montana saying that hurting POCs, women, migrants, and trans kids ISN'T worth losing money over? Some Republicans they turned out to be!

[–] Hideakikarate@sh.itjust.works 26 points 1 day ago

Buncha RINO's.

[–] BigMacHole@lemm.ee 55 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Why? They LITERALLY Voted for EXACTLY this?

Yeah, but they're dimwits, so they didn't actually bother to understand what they were voting for
