If you read the statement he didn't do shit. He was wearing Chicago bulls clothing and had a tattoo. Wtf is this bullshit? If this is all you need to be sent to a concentration camp we're all fucked.

Definitely seems like suspicious enough activity to detain someone for. And intel from a reliable source that he is a member of MS-13 certainly seems like a strong indication that he is in fact a member of that criminal gang.
