I didn't lie about shit - read the fucking police report. That was their justification for detention - bulls clothing and a tattoo - nothing else.

Definitely seems like suspicious enough activity to detain someone for. And intel from a reliable source that he is a member of MS-13 certainly seems like a strong indication that he is in fact a member of that criminal gang.
