Trump is creating the pump and dump economy. He's making the stock market look like a meme coin

Welcome to c/news! Please read the Hexbear Code of Conduct and remember... we're all comrades here.
Rules:
-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --
-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --
-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --
-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today/ . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --
-- Mass tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken markov chain bot will result in a comm ban--
-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--
-- Neglecting to use content warnings or NSFW when dealing with disturbing content will be removed until in compliance. Users who are consecutively reported due to failing to use content warnings or NSFW tags when commenting on or posting disturbing content will result in the user being banned. --
-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --
to be fair stock market has been largely meme stocks for a while now, it's all sentiment driven rather than based on anything tangible companies produce
It's called fictitious capital for a reason, lmao
🌎🧑🚀🔫👨🚀
As long as it stays a big dump, small pump the world wins out in the end
I really wish I could believe that these stock market shenanigans being laid bare as a public spectacle will bring class consciousness to a lot of people who otherwise wouldn't have it, but deep down I know that chuds will just chalk it up to another lib-owning moment and libs will temporarily increase the frequency that they walk around holding bazingaesque signs while disowning anyone who does $1 of property damage.
I literally predicted this to fucking everyone and they were like 'no there is no way he would do that'. He's a con artist who has never been punished for any of the cons that he pulled, why wouldn't he do that? Who is going to punish him?
Chuds are so fucking stupid, here it is plain as day it's just regular old insider trading, but with a twist, shorting the market on a national scale to get trump and co. richer and yet to them it's 4d chess to make america great again.
Trump could literally shit on everyone in that room + chuds everywhere else and they'll still grovel and beg for more from him.
not that this wasn't laughably predictable, but they are at a point they just openly tell us about their crimes.
i wonder wtf it would take.
"holdin' out for a hero~"
He's gotta be sure, and it's gotta be soon.
Of course lol
Party of law and order y'all
*law (for the proles) and order (for capital)
The weakness of a market reaction to these tariffs makes it look like the insiders were a broad based group of financial captains.
I was just saying to a coworker yesterday that it's just fraud and everyone in the know is going to make money on this...
Nothing about this is surprising or new, it is the major perk to being an elected official.
Nancy pelosi’s a master in this shit, don’t let people make this a Republican issue. You’ll get more of the same handwringing from liberals talking about corruption which distracts us from the actual problem (i.e. Dems acting sooooo concerned and doing nothing about it)
It's a big club and you ain't in it.
"...and he made $900 miyyon". The way he mispronounces it, like he's so tired of saying "million" all the time (tfw it's not a billion), he slurs out the second syllable
maybe he's just practicing his Spanish
Oh boy thank goodness people will start complaining about the gubmint robbing them of their 401K in plain sight
Trump's billionaire friends in this video are Charles Schwab and Roger Penske.
