But that picture show it not being larger than Germany its larger than Austria
That's what the article is saying: even though the claim is made that the maximum size of a PDF is smaller than Germany, the author is creating one that is bigger.
Trying to scrolling through the universe PDF on iOS by hard pressing on and dragging either of the scrollbars does some… interesting stuff.
I guess even PDF must obey the speed of causality.

Scrolled but no scroll bars with Safari ya, on iOS 18 at least
