I was thinking the same thing, is there a video? If it's legit this might be the most well-constructed thought I've ever seen from him. My first thought was that he read it off a teleprompter, and I guess maybe, but after thinking about it a bit more it is a little hard for me to picture a lackey feeding this material into a script.

It's probably just that most people speak more clearly when it's their area of expertise (trashing haters and losers).
