Do they have different rhubarbs in Sweden?
No. I don't think that there is nothing special about the specie. They just grow here in Swedish soil with plenty of Swedish rain ;) The clouds bringing the rain comes from somewhere else though...

My second favourite dessert pie ever, first is (specifically) cold strawberry pie. I know it sounds strange but it's so much better cold, with loads of vanilla custard 👌
