It's actually the outline of an AI Generated rat penis image that Frontiers Scientific Journal allowed in a published study then later apologized for and took down the article.

For higher chances of publication, I suggest to add a diagram of the JAK-JAK-JAK-JAK-JAK-JAK-TAT-JAK-JAK pathway
