Half the social-democratic policies that Europe has came about because of the European bourgeoisie fearing revolutions in their own countries and aiming to compete with the policies of the soviet union to prevent revolutionary energy from occurring. Roosevelt's New Deal was also performed for the same reason, in fact he explicitly said so.

You should welcome political pressure from socialist countries, it can result in concessions in the capitalist countries if the ruling class get scared enough.
