Added this comment as a response but it's important. Finding something to do during your regular scroll time is vital. If you cut cold turkey, you'll substitute for some other platform. Cutting out reddit increased my twitter use. So instead think of what you can do during scroll time. It probably has to be engaging enough to keep your attention and easy enough to pick up quick, just like when you get the urge to scroll. I've been practicing timed math problems through an app so I can get good at mental math
