So this might be a stupid question, but I have still seen contradictory statements. Did Iran ever sign a cease fire? or was this a Cease fire Israel agreed to that Iran is following dispite it not being signed?

Nothing have been signed yet.

Yes, this seems to be the case. Basically, to add more context, it is just a temporary and informal truce as far as I have investigated.
