It happens. It's very hard to get good and reliable sources of informations on a war, specially one that's just starting and that is already seeing a lot of the "media blackout", that's been developed in Ukraine with time, from the start. So, it may be a few more weeks until we begin to get more reliable sources with geolocation or satellite images...
