Yeah I don't think I could handle my kid complaining about being dizzy while also insisting on only eating one meal a day either.
I have a suspicion that the reaction to seeing this tweet would be a really accurate way to infer someone's age.
I eat one meal a day and fast the rest of the time, only having water. I'm the healthiest I've been in many years at age 41.
If course I eat my fruit and vegetables, and other foods that are good for me.
If you're not complaining about being dizzy then I'd have no issues!
And, side note: I'm really happy it's working out for you. Trying to dial in the habits that keep our bodies working/feeling good past 40 is a fucking minefield. When you're 20 you can fall off a house and think nothing of it... When you're 40 you sleep funny and are fucked up for a week.
Yes, and I have two young children who treat me like a jungle gym.
This is so true, especially now I have kids and just have to get up at 6:30 or 7 when I'm lucky. Even if I'm alone now I can't sleep anymore after 7 because my body just makes sure I'm wide awake (even though I'm still really tired).
I will throw up if i eat more than one full meal a day. For some of us its just not feasable.
See a Dr dude that's not normal
This coming from someone who is very much one of you normally, see a doctor
I've been to doctors. The closest things ive gotten do a diagnosis was ibs, but the doctor seemed pretty certain that didnt cover all my symptoms. I live in the US so effectively i just deal :/
I guess an IV tube is a better alternative for you
