question was prompted by seeing a "trumplestiltskin" variant that actually crammed a second pun in there and caused psychic damage. my brain has oublietted the specific phrase but maybe you've seen it too

I don't understand this. So they were mocking you because Trump had icecream? And they thought you'd be upset by this? Or they thought you'd be upset that he got "two scoops" instead of one? Do libs get upset by that? Two scoops are way better, you can have two different flavours instead of just one.

it was a thing in the news cycle for a day or two where a bunch of media libs were upset trump served people at the white house one scoop of ice cream while he himself had two.

yes it was as stupid as you think it was, yes my coworkers thought I was upset by this
