I think there's a phenomenon where all cultural phenomena are dampened by language barriers. In Spanish I've heard him called Donald Trompa which just means Donald Trunk. It isn't even insulting, it just sounds like Trump. It's only 1% as cringe as the English one.
Donald Trunk is funny to me because I think it's hilarious when names are slightly wrong.
I don't remember what the context of Presinald Trunt was but that makes me laugh still
"presinold trunt" is probably the best example of what OP was asking for when it comes to "good" ones
"donald trompa" is sort of cute unfortunately
