I made and sold thousands of fake IDs with Adobe Photoshop in the late 1990s. This is shitty work. It would be so easy to fade and blur the M S 1 3 to match the tattoos he really has and the resolution of the photo. This looks like a 14 year old spent 10 minutes on it. If you bought one of my IDs while visiting Hawaii when you were a teenager, you're welcome.
I honestly thought this was a superimposed analysis of what they think his actual tattoos mean. Not that I was supposed to believe the actual letters were there...

they weren’t trying to fake it, the people who put that on were trying to label the symbols… in the less blurry version underneath the tattoos are the words “marijuana, smiley, cross, skull”…
trump is actually just stupid enough to believe that the obvious labels are real tattoos….
