Obviously this man isn't well. I'm not going to mock him for that. I will just wonder why his family isn't stepping in and making him hire a cleaner given his financial success.

I'm less inclined to sympathize with him. Felix pointed out on the podcast nobody here listened to that it seems a pretty common things when teens have a chronically ill parent they take advantage of it to become a self indulgent troglodyte. I actually knew a kid like this in high school like this, their response to have a low energy parent is to take advantage of the situation.

Thats generally because children arnt expected or taught to discipline themselves. In general children in this country arnt really parented at all. This is a classic view of kids being spoiled brats when possible.

I think this really didn't start till he was into his teens so he should have had a bit more of a sense of personal responsibility.
