France literally disarmed some of their artillery units to send guns to Ukraine. At this point entire NATO is just US puppet and strings are visible.

France giving up weapons is a non-issue because they aren't going to be attacked. They can spend as long as they want restocking. Unless you're predicting an attack from the USA.
