Bought a laptop with a 1050ti back in 2018, still use it to this day. Though I don't game on it as much as I used to. I've upgraded everything else in it that I could

Except that you can't really put posts and comments in the same format for one, you can have images in between text, multiple images, etc in comments as comments are just markdown

I still think it should be an opt out feature because this is the default behavior in Lemmy-UI

Besides, you can easily collapse comments that are images

I tried their new pwa app and its trash

 

I tried Thunderbird but it's got a lot going for it. I just want something simple and minimal

Preferably a native app rather than something built with electron

I use Arch Linux

I was able to see some of the running logs and it was uninstalling libre office packages among others

 

So I'm installing Kubuntu on my friend's old laptop which has a slow hdd, so I decided to go with the minimal install option, only to notice that in the final screen, it's actually removing a lot of packages as indicated in the progress status. Is this intentional?
