We have both - seeing this one (or maybe a variation on it) this morning was what prompted me to actually go find the source, I was curious. Is there anywhere to see a list of taglines?

Oh shit I'm sorry, I didn't realize. I'll put it in an archive link

Thankfully the silly letter quote is real, if we lost that one I would be inconsolable

I mean tbh I also wondered that but I saw it enough times I just kind of assumed even he got pissed off enough to say that once

I don't know anything about SDL but we literally have that quote as a site tagline and I see it here all the time, I went to go find the origin and found this. Apologies if I posted a bad source, truly don't know anything about them

Ah sorry, I was just being a smartass, no idea how much VR is on mturk now. To be clear I think you've got an accurately bleak view of the future of this stuff

My one quibble: that's not the future of gig work, it's the present

The phrase "South Korea has no first graders" had such "the west has fallen (mom took away my PSP)" energy I had to do a little digging to see if the numbers were being fudged - 157 elementary schools is about 2.5% of the elementary schools in ROK assuming this data from the ROK Ministry of Education is accurate. Not an insignificant percentage for something this crazy, but I'd like to see this data over time. I worry I sound like I'm awarding Pinocchios but it irks me to see that headline presented as if it's the majority of schools

Including Gerald Ford is a good bit

I'm slightly to the right of Attila the Hun

I hate that I know this but is this motherfucker identifying with the military coup portrayed in the fucking movie version of Evita? This is a line from that unless I'm mistaken. Just, an unbelievable level of cringe

EDIT: I was fucking right though it might also be from the original musical
