If you have a PEI sheet, try glue stick on the PEI sheet to print. The glue stick acts as a leveraging agent after printing, you can wash it off with warm water - otherwise the flexibles tend to stick too good and ruin the built plate. I use this method on my prusa mini for TPU where I had similar issues. Sticking flexible filament on the textured sheet can be hard, I had success by printing the brim layer in PLA in the past - but that was still on a Makerbot Mk2 which didn’t even have a heated bed.

Ottolenghi hat echt gute Kochbücher, guter Einstieg ist wahrscheinlich das Simple oder Flavor. Ansonsten ist Salz, Fett, Hitze Säure ein richtig gutes Nachschlagwerk für das Konzept hinter Geschmack, auch einfach eine sehr gute und theoretische Herangehensweise ans Kochen. Persönlich stehe ich auf die Kochbücher von Molly Baz, sowohl Design als auch Gerichte sind hervorragend. Im Veganuary dieses Jahr habe ich mir Zizi: Taste of Love gekauft und einiges daraus gekocht. Alles gute Bücher, anfangen würde ich mit Salz Fett Hitze Säure, das legt das Fundament für jedes Gericht.
