My Xiaomi 14 doesn't have any data saver option.

Yeah. The "+" on the Wi-Fi symbol is what I'm asking for.

Seems like it.

Qualcomm announced that they will provide driver support for Snapdragon 8 Elite for 8 years iirc.

Hello everyone. The fastest and easiest way I found is this one: https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/comment/14777027

Thanks. I'll try this out as well. Edit: Thanks bro, this worked in my first try itself.

Haha, happens.

I'll give it a try. Thanks.

Hi everyone. I have found many ghost comments in posts. Like one of the posts has 300+ upvotes and 28 comments but when I opened it, there were no comments. I tried different Lemmy apps and it's the same in all of them. Which leads me to believe that it has something to do with defederation done by Lemmy.ml. Which instance has all contents readable?

Is there any download Manager extension for Firefox for Android?

My device, Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G, is currently running on Android 14 (PixelOS). There's unlimited Google Photos backup. I have turned on device folder backups. While Google Photos app provides an option to delete all the photos in default camera folder which have been uploaded, there's no such option for device folders like WhatsApp images, WhatsApp videos, etc. I have to go to each photo within Google photos' WhatsApp folder and check if it's uploaded or not and then delete them. Is there any easier way?

Hi, I just upgraded my Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G to Android 14 via PixelOS (a custom ROM). Best things I like about it is that it's way smoother and faster than Android 13 (PixelOS). I got to experience Pixel specific features as well. I liked AI wallpaper but it takes some time to generate even with 100 Mbps connection. Other than that, it's going great for me. How has been your experience so far?

Hi, I've been using this app since I bought Mi TV QLED 55" earlier this year. This is like Revanced but for Android TVs. It blocks ads and has some additional features. Hope you like it.

It says connection error. I have 2FA set-up btw. How do I login to Voyager with my credentials?

Hi, According to https://www.kcsoftwares.com/?sumo, their services are going to end tomorrow. Is there any alternative to it that functions in the same way? WingetUI works, but it cannot find all my installed apps outside of Microsoft Store,

EMPRESS.bin (lemmy.ml)

I recently installed Assassin's Creed Odyssey Dodi repack in SSD. After modifying the game settings and playing it for a bit, there's a file named EMPRESS.bin next to its shortcut in my desktop. Can I delete this shortcut or move it to the game's folder in Dodi Repack folder? Edit: I renamed the .bin file. Apparently, it created another EMPRESS.bin file. I deleted it and renamed the original to its original name and it works fine. Guess it will have to stay along with the Shortcut icon.

I updated Voyager from Play Store today and now there's no gesture vibration (like when swiping to upvote/downvote, etc.). It was working fine before. Can the dev please add a toggle to enable/disable vibration in settings? Edit: Just found out the toggle is present. It's enabled but there's no vibration.

Talking about the Play Store version.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there's a site to download movies in HDR/Dolby Vision. Also, which PC and Android apps support playing HDR/Dolby Vision content? Edit: For PC software, I found out MPC-HC with the 4K HDR decoder. Link: https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc Still need the site and Android app's name.

Thank you for the wonderful app. I have one issue though. Since I found it out in Play Store, I uninstalled the alpha version and installed the one on Play Store. It didn't let me sign in saying my credentials are wrong. So I installed V0.2.1-alpha.4+13. And guess what? When I went to login, it said it's already logged in to my lemmy.ml account. Why did this happen?
