Right, that's "speaking figuratively." There are rules for that.

But a word that means the opposite of what it means is not a useful word.

I'd hate to find a box in my lab marked "inflammable."

No research needed. Getting back to the routine, after a suitable period that varies from person to person, is important. But it is not, in itself, healing, and someone who didn't miss a day of work is not doing well.

I think this is going to backfire as it increases competition for attention and audience

Same thing with streaming. There was a golden age, briefly, before everyone decided to make their own.
