I always wondered how bragging about how long you worked was considered by some as a good thing. The "higher ups" must have used some fancy tricks to get people to think that way. It never worked on me though :)

If you are using Ubuntu, they have live patch available. You have to sign up for Ubuntu Pro, but that is free for individuals. I just heard about this and haven't tried it yet https://ubuntu.com/security/livepatch

MX Linux only because I have it on some very old 32 bit laptops and it supports 32 bit. I don't really know why I keep those laptops around but they are functional.

As companies make profit their number one priority, we will be seeing much more of this kind of thing ... that is until inspections are cut back in the name of profit.

Every positive Mullvad story just validates my decision to use it. Go Mullvad!

Switch location in Mullvad. I often find that solves any issues I see (such as poor speed or too many captchas ...)

Universal Android Debloater can help with privacy by deleting some Google programs. As a bonus, it can remove unwanted junk from your phone. Github link to Universal Android Debloater

I wanted to buy the original Pinetab due to all the really good reviews. It was sold out but I was very excited when I heard there would be a Pinetab 2.

It seams like a quality unit, but with all its issues, I really regret buying it. Some of that is my fault for not understanding what I was getting into, but some of that fault rests with Pine for not better explaining the situation. Maybe their web page does a better job of that now, but I bought it on day one and there was no clear description of things other than the Pinetab V was only for development. I would be hard pressed to buy another Pine product now that I know how they operate by depending on the community to fix issues.

I still have my Pinetab 2 and hope it becomes more usable in the future ...

It's okay for the insurance companies to delay life saving treatments, but you if you delay (are late) paying them ... look out.

The low level workers work harder but don't get the rewards for their hard work. Those rewards go to the upper levels of the company. Of course the CEO wants employees to work more. He will benefit more than they will.

Sometimes it might just be to make the video longer (filler.) I hate seeing a 10 minute video that could have been 4 minutes or explained in a short paragraph (written text.)
