This is the closest I could get to finding out after a while of searching: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/qbagtd/comment/hh9u0fi/

I got the gif from r/aestheticrain when I crawled it years ago but couldn't find the post in there. I could simply check the file name and find the post that way to check the comments for this specific gif but I'm in bed and I'm not getting out. Lol

But at least it won't hurt as much while walking. lmao

https://returnyoutubedislike.com/ Extension using estimation and pre API changes data.

You can pull that data from the API. Lemmyverse json file includes local subscribers so you don't even need to pull the data yourself.

Assuming my script isn't broken there are ~15 000 communities fitting the criteria. (The high number makes me question that though.)

E: I think I know what's going on. LW communities don't seem to have local subscribers provided and my script assumes that it means 0. Will get that fixed one day.

I'm not going to fact check that, take my upvote.

Actually, I was just 2 years late.

I assumed it is because I don't think it would be able to run like that. Hopefully that's the case.

How did this manage to get 12k dislikes? 💀

Oh shoot! I've just realised that it's snow actually. Uuuuuuh, snow is just frozen rain so you can't remove it. >:3

Not sure if you noticed but I've locked some of the communities and added a lock to display names when they weren't something I'd want to post much to in the future and were too niche for anyone else to maintain. (Because again, I didn't create them and they were abandoned by the creator so I wanted to cover the moderation at least.)

This is the list of imaginary comms (that I mod at least) that I will be posting to once I get my shit together and post scheduling comes out (I've hidden the other ones using ublock):

I'm looking into automating some repetitive actions for getting post info like titles and descriptions to make posting easier and thus harder to procrastinate on so hopefully I'd post a regularly soon-ish. But that's for pixiv artworks where I have a specific file name format containing artwork and artist id ("747277_p0 by 28075 (pixiv)"). I have no clue how I'd go about the artworks I downloaded from artstation or crawled from artwork communities on reddit long ago because the data would be harder to get without an easy way to access the original source. But I have ~12 000 artworks from pixiv so I should be able to post some quality content from pixiv folder specifically for some time before I figure out the other folders.

I'm aiming to ride yesterday's motivation wave and finally add rules and descriptions to my communities because it's been long overdue.

(Enjoy my info dump.)
