I went to a doctor for a refill on ear infection medication. That's right a REFILL, for something that had been previously diagnosed by another doctor. I told him this, so many fucking times.

Nope. I had Covid.

"Sir, I just need a refill."

He just screamed at me, in broken English. "NO, YOU HAVE COVID. GO!"

I did not have Covid. I didn't even have a cough, a sneeze, or anything. My ear was in pain, and I couldn't hear hardly at all... and yah know... it was fucking bleeding.

I did not get the medication he prescribed me. I got ear drops from behind the counter and took allergy meds and then hopped for the best.

Brother, you didn't even have to examine me. I told you what was wrong. You could've gone home early!

Yes. And actually often reverse themselves over time as it heals, so make sure to go to your checkups to make sure you're still shooting blanks.

The only recurring dream I have anymore is an ever growing collection of dogs that are in various stages of neglect, some of which are family pets that have since passed away.

I fucking hate it, there's never any food to feed them no matter how hard I look and there's almost always a fight or an escapee that I have to deal with only to be done with that and be missing (or gaining) even more dogs.

I'm always in a panic when I wake up.

I'd like to say that I have never neglected a dog, and only have one which I love very much, strangly, she is usually not present in the dog horde.

As someone who uses Tumblr regularly, this is a wild take wtf.

The thing is, this COULD be great, people with physical impairments or just those who'd prefer to work this way could enjoy thier day without the stress of work.

The problem is that it will 100% be used to extend your existing working hours, so that not a moment goes by your not generating revenue.

Deer cannot see color and actually have incredibly shit eyesight in comparison to something like a turkey or a coyote. They rely mostly on scent and hearing to decide what to do.

They freeze because the light completely blinds them, the car has no natural smell, and all they hear is the same roaring they've been hearing the past hour getting slightly louder.

Like a frog in a boiling pot situation, it's fine until it's suddenly not and then they can't see-
