Is that fuckin' Tetris sphere from the N64?! That's sick regardless

I'm gonna say FunnyJunk. It's mostly right wing memes and downvotes if you say anything close to "I don't think this Trump gut has it all figured out"

Connections Puzzle #754 🟦🟩🟨🟪 🟪🟪🟪🟪 🟦🟦🟦🟦 🟨🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩

For once, I actually managed to understand one. I'm terrible at these normally. Like yesterday's with "Farmer's Tan" and whatever? Couldn't do it. Today, I felt smart :P

Coming from someone who has never watched a single PewDiePie video, other than that one clip you're mentioning...

I'm trying to see the positives here. It's been a while since he said the n-word on that bridge, and right now he seems to be using his platform to do good instead. I want to think that this is a good step towards making up for past mistakes.

I've started using Nobara recently, and I like it a LOT. Makes it really easy for a noob like me to both play games and edit videos. I actually made a Monster Hunter video entirely in Linux with Davinci Resolve, and it worked really well. I've been an adobe tool my entire editing life, but I really like the switch I recently made :)

A Norwegian newspaper got to see his letter of denial and it didn't list drug use at all. Rather they said he tried to enter the country to get a job illegally.

At this point, CBP's story keeps changing, and I don't trust anything they say.

Man who opens a conversation with a stranger like that?!

There are a scant few people who deserve to be bullied for their actions of hurting others. Mikayla was NOT one of them. How someone can bully someone who is doing their best to help make the world better... I can never understand.

I saw people saying that she made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided, and while that may be, at least she did something about it, unlike so many others.

Thanks. I had hoped it'd be the cart itself

Does it write to the card, or does it just write to your storage?

To me, it has to be Gordon Freeman. He represents Valve, and I can't think of a gaming company more linked to PC gaming than Valve.

I adore king's quest, space quest and all these classics. Same with Monkey Island, but when it comes to... Well, mascot sounds wrong. Figurehead may be better here, I think Gordon's ties to Valve gives him a pretty strong case for PC gaming icon.

The goose from untitled goose game doesn't feel like a PC gaming mascot to me since it's a single game that's also on almost every console.

But I've got two doubts remaining.

Currently, I'm running Windows 11, but I'd still like the ability to dual boot for certain games which don't necessarily work with Linux for various reasons. Is it possible to move a windows install to a different drive and then install Linux on the main drive instead?

If yes, how do I do it?

Second doubt is if I'll have many issues daily driving Linux if I have an Nvidia card

Hey! I've been wanting to make the switch to Linux for a while now, and I've dual booted Mint for a while. I realize that most games work well with Linux, but I can't seem to get my Elgato HD60 Pro to work. (Pci-e capture card)

I just want to be able to grab gameplay with HDMI passthrough on Linux, and right now, this is my biggest hurdle (along with Adobe not working well, but I'm gonna switch to davinci resolve for that)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, guys. I work at a school where we use iPads for music education. We've got a bit of an issue though. Some kids delete other people's music projects, and that obviously sucks.

Is there a way to lock certain files so the kids can give their own files their own password protection or something so nobody gets their stuff sabotaged?

Other creative solutions are appreciated as well!

Thanks guys!

Edit: The music room has a Mac, so thanks to your helpful suggestions, we're gonna try with the AirDrop method where they drop to the host machine that the teacher has access to.

Hi, new here to this instance. Also first post on Lemmy, I guess? Sorry if this is the wrong place. There was no "games"-community here, and I wanted to share with the local instance.

Anyway, wanted to recommend some games I've played recently that are somewhat "furry" in their themes.

  • Pseudoregalia A really fun N64 inspired metroidvania where you play as a goat-lady who has to escape a dream world. Extremely satisfying movement and optional costumes to earn. It's great!

  • Corn Kidz 64 A really fun N64 inspired collect-a-thon where you play as a goat-kid who has to escape a dream world. Extremely satisfying movement and... Uh... They sound really similar now that I write it out, but they're real fun.

  • FUGA: Melodies of Steel Tactical RPG where you control children in a big-ass tank. It takes place during """World War 2""" and sports perma-death for the children. Really dark, but really good too. Sequel recently came out too.
