Besides what others have said. Have you changed your oil? Cold oil is slow oil and makes starting harder.
A cold weather oil will move more freely and do a better job of lubricating the engine during the hardest part of the run cycle, the start.

This was in a guesthouse bathroom, there was a showerhead pointed right at it.
The olives you press for oil are green though. They have a higher fat content.
And no, they are not all as green as the photo. Even without filtration, just allowing settling , the oil is much more clear. It's still green though with the taste of olive oil, and a lot of grassy flavors.
