No, not a single attempt was made to contact any one of us. I even included the lemmy.world code of conduct and asked the users to abide by it.

You are literally quoting the WRONG INSTANCE'S rules I know that liberals are loath to read past the headlines but this is so egregious it is hilarious.

Really confused by what you are saying. I don't care about lemmy.world users, I just think it is funny that the authoritarian lemmy.world admins are preemptively banning hexbear.net because it's authoritarian, yet we opened our federation process to a user vote. Hexbear.net is not a monolith in regard to Russia, you'd have to spend more than a day cherry-picking posts to get a real sense of what the individual users believe.
