I'd say the one he hasn't written 30 times is Less Than Nothing, but I haven't read any of his other works so maybe I'm wrong.

Portland OR you can go car free. It's not as good as Chicago or NY as far as trains go (still better than most), but the city has 300 miles of bike lanes and the busses are solid.
It doesn't cover it at all. It's just about the moral philosophy behind eco-terrorism (namely, that is justified).
