If it's not important you can email it to me lol. My dad who is 75 also prefers emailing me and if more time sensitive he texts or sends a discord message. Phone calls are for emergencies and even then I know he wouldn't call.
That's funny because my mom just asked me when she can call me this morning and I'm going oh fucking he'll I just started my vacation this better be something fucking stupid like if I can order her a grout cleaner. We usually texts. She knows I don't answer calls and if it's really important she can call twice. My job has been on the phone since I was in college so the last thing I want to do is talk on the phone.

Queer makes me think of weird. Odd. Not normal. I wish gay meant more than just homosexual lol. I mean I don't identify with a gender, I don't have preferences and if I had to label myself that way it would be longer than my name. But I also don't feel like I'm different or abnormal for not caring if my SO were male, female or whatever they want to be, I'm not abnormal for being part of a spectrum where I don't see things as feminine or masculine. I don't feel like I need to be labeled but I also have an easy time blending in with those whose religion and culture is limiting them from who they are. I guess once more people get comfortable with the fact that it's normal to be who you are then they'll start being themselves and lgbt+++++ will just be everyone.
They're already having issues with the hiring pool. Killing the rest off seems very idiotic. But these businesses are so short sighted I'm sure they are focused on other reasons like domination.

It's good people see for themselves how MAGA deranged these people are parroting QAnon talking points and trying to drag the left into fascism. But until people see it for themselves they think "they can't be that bad". So i guess defederating is to hexbear's advantage because people need to see this clusterfuck. People who aren't always being watched in the office are more likely to unionize as well as fight back when being abused by their emoloyer.
Control. They call it office culture because it's a cult. They control the way you think and make it easy for you to be manipulated and keep you under their thumb. They can't make you think they give anahit if they can't bribe you with bullshit like snacks and pizza and a gym. They can't slowly take away your benefits because "hey look we gave you standing desks". Office culture needs to die.
I hate typing too but having to answer a phone call triggers PTSD. NOPE.
