Tbh Sankara isn't really demonized there, he's got more of a silent treatment by the establishment. I hate these so much, most countries outside of west Africa in red have extremely low interest in Sankara and literally non in vaush while countries in blue have the exact same low interest in Sankara but some interest in vaush, this shows nothing if it shows anything is that people everywhere outside of west Africa care depressingly little about Sankara. and actually because of how google presents its data its questionable if it shows that.
