I am new to daily driving Linux and the DE environment I chose was KDE. Has been absolutely fantastic so far.
Excited to see what's new, especially since I just joined.

as a staunch gnome user for 20 years, Gnome 3+ and Plasma 6 work has me thinking I'll dip over to the other side once it's out and stable
Same. I just set up KDE and I seem to have gotten most of what I liked about gnome in KDE plus extra.
Gnome extensions are easier to deal with, but the KDE customization is broader once you get used to it.

Good to know! I assume everything in my cobbled-together KDE setup will break with KDE6 so I will plan accordingly lol.
