I won a small claims case against the hoa for their acts that damaged my property, and acts of fraud and deceit as part of their unlawful scheme. How do i maximize the impact of them loosing in court, towards shaming the guilty board members, removing them in the next election or via recall, and getting a board that respects the law and owners? While avoiding libel.
