Video This wasn’t a lawful detainment—it was a violent kidnapping of an American citizen, who is an ICU registered nurse serving Watts, Compton, and South Central LA. She is community activist, forcibly seized by masked federal agents for simply documenting ICE activity. As of now, she remains in federal custody with no publicly disclosed charges or legal status updates. This is not law enforcement, this is authoritarianism.

ICE cowards wearing masks. Probably a lot of the same whiny idiots that wouldn’t wear one during Covid.

In theory she would have a case that her rights were violated and is probably owed some compensation for her loss and the offending party is due some punitive damages.

But do we trust the courts to be a fair place of litigation? I'm really not too confident in that.

I get the pessimism, but they want you to feel powerless! We're not. And the courts (aside from the Supreme Court with its stolen seats) is the place where Trump and his cronies usually lose! Y'know, because they actually have evidentiary standards and can't just lie without consequences...

Organize and help her and others like her.
