Well the deep lore here is that this user is doing a bit, they hop between accounts by pushing the envelope on what's acceptable on Hexbear until they get banned. Usually they say some pretty funny stuff. They're something like a Hexbear court jester, but instead of having jester's privilege, they have reincarnation.
