Lululemon Athletica Canada Inc. is accusing Costco Wholesale Corp. of infringing on its intellectual property by selling knockoffs of some of its most popular products.

A lawsuit filed in a California court recently alleges Costco sells dupes of Lululemon’s Scuba hoodies and sweatshirts, Define jackets and ABC pants.

If a clothes line is suing Costco, you know Costco poses a threat to their price gorging and their shit was overpriced to begin with.

I remember reading that the owner of Lululemon is a real piece of shit and named the product/company that because he thought it would be funny to hear Asian people try to say the name... If that story is to be believed of course.
