Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

I recently had the displeasure of watching a couple lectures from some theme park college and this video isn't all that far off from how they talk. My brain refused to store much of the info so I can't even think of specific examples, but all sorts of perverse jargon and hagiographical nonsense about Walt Disney and other ghouls. The prof mentioned the midterm would require people to know the names and dates of each Disney CEO.

A large part of posting is to just read the thread title, or skim the first sentence of a post, and then reply with your thoughts. We kind of kid ourselves that posting is social interaction. It's mainly isolated reaction.
