Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. 4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

I thought Trump and Epstein were best buddies, right? Weren't these two close?

Just noticing the guy in the top video who sees the camera and ducks.

[–] merc@sh.itjust.works 3 points 3 days ago

What a weird looking guy.

Like Elon Musk and Ghislane Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's mistress.

[–] Raiderkev@lemmy.world 14 points 4 days ago

Hey, they just liked to do kung fu together if ya know what I mean...

[–] Gates9@sh.itjust.works 21 points 4 days ago

Jeffrey Epstein is on tape saying he and Trump were best friends, so much so that Epstein knew the internal machinations of the first Trump regime.

Oh yeah, besties indeed. Crikey, you should read about the, ahem, forceful shenanigans they got up to in the past.

It's the perfectly gawdy ugly fit for an unfit president.

I imagine that if MAGA defaced it, it's value would only increase. Right?

[–] nao@sh.itjust.works 31 points 4 days ago (1 children)

We've gotten used to them constantly fuming, but now they're absolutely fuming!

I guess we better get ready for some SLAMing.

It's in the link and in this comment section.

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world 7 points 4 days ago (1 children)

I used an archive link for the article (no video) and I don't see it in the comments but apparently I have a couple of people blocked so maybe that's it. I didn't see it is what I'm saying, but glad to know it's there.

Oh that's the original report - that's what's showing on the sculpture? cool.

In the process I found this abomination which trump apparently sharted out in February.

(If you don't want to use Invidious, just put the video ID in youtube)

That had to be made by Elon because he's the only one that looks decent in that video. Hilarious that trump shared it. Incredibly insane that it was made at all, it's about as evil as evil can get.

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world 4 points 4 days ago

Isn't it just! Astounding.

[–] Psythik@lemm.ee 1 points 3 days ago

No it's not. The entire article is just two paragraphs and two images of the same thing from different angles.

Probably got paywalled or adblocked, but regardless this is why comments like yours aren't helpful at all. And this is why we post the link in the comments. Please do so.

Didn't one of the Epstein girls who called out Trump "commit suicide" earlier in the year?

[–] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 12 points 3 days ago

Yes, Virginia Giuffre

[–] plz1@lemmy.world 2 points 3 days ago

Yes, but she was terminally ill, so it was her taking it on her own terms. Unlike Epstein, whose suicide was committed for him.

[–] peteyestee@feddit.org 22 points 4 days ago (1 children)

It really do be hell on earth.

[–] 474D@lemmy.world 17 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Press aide Abigail Jackson unloaded on the anonymous creators. “Wow, these liberal activists masquerading as ‘artists,’ are dumber than I thought!” “I’ve tricked them into taking down their ugly sculpture and replacing it with a beautiful video of the President’s legendary dance moves that will bring joy and inspiration to all tourists traversing our National Mall. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
