Should be used by FSR4 in the future for RDNA4+ games too, which will be faster than using fp16 (which it currently uses).

I've already seen people running FSR 4 on 7900 xt and xtx... the problem many were encountering was inconsistent FP 8 support... and now that exists!
Damn, we may actually get at least semi decent FSR support on 7000 series AMD cards at this rate, even if its not official!
