It's largely inhabited by drooling, dumb AF, inbred moose, and wandering megafauna descendents, so what did y'all expect? 🤷🏼‍♂️

What I don’t get is why lefty Canadians were so against Alberta leaving Canada.

Sounds like a plus to me…

part of the reason is alberta seats entirely on treaty territory, so it doesn’t get to leave without a say from Indigenous peoples (at least in theory, in practice we know too well that canada wipes its ass with treaties)

and the new alberta would’ve certainly been a strongly reactionary state, so it’s important to stand in solidarity with albertan leftists and oppose its creation

same reasons most leftists oppose quebec independence

Hey, make sure you give Southwestern Ontario its props for spreading a disease that was unheard of when I was a kid in the 80s.

Aylmer won’t be happy until all the diseases we almost eradicated are back in full force.

Canada: maybe the Americans aren’t totally wrong, bit of a “the baby and the bath water” situation, perhaps?

Oh the online bravado got us through one more election before we all discover we're not much better. That Alberta takes all the heat when Saskatchewan is not much better let alone Ontario or the east coast is where I laugh bitterly as an Albertan who actually knows just how close our last provincial election was. 4 digit amount of votes on a few seats difference.

Stewing your child in DHMO? The deadliest chemical known to man? My children are all natural and take dust baths.

Alberta’s rep as the Texas of Canada seems more and more accurate every day.
