Hello! I want to use a VPN on CasaOS, and need some help with how this works.

How to install it in an easy way so it only uses the Bittorrent instance
What are the speeds (250~ mb/s and I'm happy)
How to set it up so it does not connect to the internet if the VPN is not connecting at any moment

I'm open to tips and tricks.
