Wildfires? We've barely got enough joined up countryside left to have wildfires in...

Yeah, it's probably a warning for wheelie bins rather than trees :)

I absolutely hate summer. Everything is too bright and too hot and I hate it. Roll on autumn!

First time I've heard anyone complain about brightness

I'm honoured

And two come along at once. Bring on October!

Oh I’m with you. Stepping out of my southerly facing front door onto tarmac at anything past 2pm and I’ll go blind, then combust. It’s like that scene from Terminator 3.

Mid to late spring is the best. Beautiful flowers, long evenings, warm but not too hot, Theresa Green, al fresco dining. Being able to leave the house in just shorts and t-shirt and not having to wrap up warm, perfect!

Although since I took up running, I do appreciate the cooler weather a bit more.

Some people do seem to hate summer. I really like it though, definitely my favourite season. I can wear a t-shirt and shorts outside, instead of putting on tons of clothes just so I don't freeze to death.

Nice to see the sun I suppose but unfortunately for me it also comes with triggering my pollen allergies.

I woke up to news of several forest fires here in Germany. You are not alone.

Always BBQ responsibly, this is why I don't BBQ anywhere but my patio

Where was that nuclear winter we were promised?

Almost makes me want to patrol the Mojave.
