I could see accidently leaving your camera on but this guy had to make a deliberate step to save it and send it.

I knew it was a guy just from the title alone, it's always a guy who does these things

Seems like a case where it might have been an actual accident. Sexual harassment is bad, but we as a society do need to figure out how to handle occasional actual oopsies without ending somebody's career.
