I'm so confused with China and what it endears and doesn't. One week they're talking up Russian imports and the next week they're talking about taking Ukraine's side? What?

Oddly enough, they seem to be asking the EU for permission. Perhaps they are looking to fill the vacuum of US exit and expand trade relations
