Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). 3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Assuming the courts still exist this should be excellent news for his lawyers. The government doesn't usually just outright state an illegal rationale for their actions.

Honestly, I would be 0% shocked if ICE just completely ignores the court order and already has a deportation flight scheduled with him on it.

Last I'd heard his lawyers can't even find which facility he's in, so, yeah, this is not unlikely

I would be additionally unsurprised to learn they shipped him to Gitmo. That’s not hyperbole - I’m being entirely serious.

He's being held in an ICE detention center in Louisiana.

We (The US) don't have the gestapo. Our fascists wear uniforms and badges.

I'd be pretty shocked - I'd be less shocked if Trump signed an executive order to do so but I'd be amazed if anyone in ICE outside the director decided to legally expose themselves that much with Trump's history of not defending people who are no longer useful to him.

A little fish bureaucrat violating a court order without being ordered to do so would open them up to a world of pain and liability that would probably have international repercussions for that individual.

Shits absolutely going to pot but Trump and Musk have generally been the ultimate architects.

But that’s the thing about the presidential pardon: there aren’t any guardrails around it

Ammendment Cancelled in the name of 'Murica, Freedom of speech no longer applies to people MAGA doesn't like because their myopic noseblind idiotic supporters can't process without Fox News prompts. The "It doesn't feel right because it's not racist or fascist enough!" crowd need to be vacationed like 'dear leader' to Putin's Playpen Russia where they can feel like themselves and only hear good things from lovely state media.

Can't have school shootings if the schools are all closed down.
