I do the eyes open stare at a wall kinda meditation. I generally just observe any sensation (including thoughts, og Buddhism describes thinking as one of our senses).

if I meditate its from deep breathing but im never real sure if im meditating or trying to meditate.
what on earth do you mean by 'produce a meditation'?
Write a "meditations" on whatever
It sounds like you may be misunderstanding what meditation is. Meditation is to observe what is happening in your body and mind. There isn't really a "topic" other than what comes up in your mind. But you aren't supposed to linger on your thoughts, only notice their arrival and passing.
You can choose to focus your attention on specific things such as your breathing, sounds, the feeling of a location of your self, etc. Is that what you mean by topic?
That's one type of meditation, it's definitely not the only type!
No like theres lots of written works that are called Meditations, most famously Marcus Aurelius but its also a frequent title for other works
It's just ideas and reflection, put down your phone and be alone with your thoughts
Those are self-help books from the year 100 AD. Are you asking how to write a text like that?
It's more of a diary
you mean guided meditations?
