Looks like someone moved to San Francisco with some money and had "an idea"

[–] Brumefey@sh.itjust.works 12 points 2 months ago (1 children)

The kind of things we see in Belgium…

USER INPUT: "Generate an image of a house, please. Make sure it has normal windows, and euclidean geometry."

GENERATED OUTPUT:

That house is a nightmare, I love it!

Also looks better than my CSS and the aspect ratio hints that it's responsive but maybe doesn't implement accessibility well. So we score half points there.

Every time I see this picture I just think of how much I’d love to see what this house is like on the inside. Like if it’s this wild on the outside, the inside has to be pretty interesting too, right?

“ChatGPT, architect me a house with windows and doors”

Leminal.space's pict-rs ~~seems to be~~ was down, so when I expand this I get a broken image icon. I thought that was the css joke at first.

How many ledges you want covered in bird shit?

Yes.

Seems there's alot of conflicting vision between the architech, the civil engineers, the contractors, and of course the boss.

client was completely ignored

I'd guess that the client was one of those people in the chain (probably the contractor) who "had a cool idea"

[–] EtherWhack@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

BS. The client was Escher.

[–] pastermil@sh.itjust.works 1 points 2 months ago

Clearly you've never been in B2C.

[–] Etterra@discuss.online 5 points 2 months ago

Not even M.C. Escher would jerk off to this lol

[–] lol_idk@lemmy.ml 5 points 2 months ago

You forgot clear: both;

That would fix all of it

[–] SpicyLizards@reddthat.com 3 points 2 months ago
