Hexbear lost their domain (It's currently up for auction), and have moved to chapo.chat

Pretty sure we're defederated from hexbear, thought id pass on the new name to be re-defederated if it hasn't been already.

yep we preemptively blocked that when we saw the news about their domain name.

Apparently the admins of the instance haven't been able to get ahold of the original domain registrar.

I don't know much else about it.
